Visual Projects is a pioneering innovative leader in the design , build and maintenanece of swiming pools, SPA,
decorative water structures and Water Games Industry for years
we strive to achive an un surpassed level of customer satisfaction by providing flexible , efficient
and cost effective service to our customers including Engineering assistance, systems calculations, preliminary design
schematics, finished standard construction details and specification development are all part of the “single source
responsibility” that comes standard from Visual Projects.
PASSION FOR CREATIVITY
We are Khalid Abdelmajeed and Nisreen Alnizami, two engineers with a passion for creativity. Each one of us has worked for many years in design and architecture before starting our Visual Projects. To start this company, we took a big risk and sold our house, the only thing we owned at that time, and started Visual Projects. Our plan was to start with small projects where we only do the design and office architectural work with almost everything else outsourced.
Our vision was to reach a level where we can take care of all of our projects in-house. And now, after seven years of doing thousands visual projects, proudly we are seeing our vision on ground. Visual Projects hires more than 300 talented people, could handle more than dozens of projects simultaneously, and performs almost every task in our projects in-house, from preparing necessary papers to completing the concept and design of the project to detail drawing, to the construction work to handing over and completion certificates, until the ending of leasing options.
